Someone has just taken over a Youtube channel and started doing a Live broadcast using a Richard Branson interview and adding misleading text. Victims are promised they get 2x their money back if they only send a certain amount to an address.

Remember: there is no such thing as a free lunch. There are no give-aways where you have to send money first.

The channel was renamed to “Richard Branson” to try to give legitimacy but the profile picture hasn’t changed. Perhaps it was changed but takes a long time to propagate and is cached for now.

The scam address has received one transaction so far, of 0.3 BTC value. That is a lot to pay for a lesson this simple.
