UPDATE (20 December 2015): MANY OF THE DOMAINS HAVE BEEN RE-ENABLED BY PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM (PDR Ltd in India).

Response from Domains4Bitcoins:

It looks like the customer has contacted our sponsoring registry and requested the domain be unsuspended for transfer. We have manually re-suspened the domain from our end.We will keep a eye on these domains, if they do transfer them we will give you the contact details of the new registry.
