Fantom's FTM Token Rises 10% on Upcoming Protocol Upgrades

Fantom (FTM) rose as much as 10% over the past 24 hours after the foundation tweeted about upcoming protocol upgrades. The token is still down about 50% so far this year amid developer departures.
